Varun is the Vice President of Growth and Partnerships, overseeing all aspects of business development, strategic partnerships, and expansion initiatives. With over 18 years of global experience, Varun leverages his diverse background in software development, product management, and strategy to drive growth and build robust partnerships across various industries, including software, spirits, and food and beverages.

He started his career as a software developer before moving into product management and sales at a data security startup, where he led business development efforts and forged strategic partnerships. Varun then transitioned to managing Diageo’s strategy for emerging markets, focusing on expanding the mainstream spirits category in Latin America, Africa, and Southeast Asia.

Previously, Varun was the Global Head of Sales and Product at LitmusWorld, a SaaS customer experience platform, where he led the sales strategy and product development. Varun holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Calcutta University, a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from Vellore Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
