She has extensive experience in driving successful transformations by leveraging her expertise in leadership and change.

Harsha is also the co-founder of In-depth Consulting, a boutique consulting firm specialising in leadership and organisational change. She is an alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) and St. Xavier’s Mumbai and is a certified practitioner for several psychometric instruments, including Hogan, Predictive Index, Thomas PPA, and OPQ.
