Gautham C leads eGov’s policy initiatives with the Government of India and partner states, focusing on fostering collaborations and driving impactful policy changes. He began his career at Janaagraha, where he led the Ward Infrastructure Index Program and played a key role as a founding team member of The Education Alliance.

Gautham holds a Master’s degree in International Business (MIB) from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, where he specialised in social enterprises and innovative business models to serve underserved populations. While at Fletcher, he organised and co-chaired the first Tufts Innovation Symposium on Scaling Innovation in Emerging Markets, highlighting his commitment to leveraging innovation for social impact.
