As Chief Solutions Officer at eGov Foundation, Divya Raj is dedicated to leveraging technology to improve the lives of underserved populations, particularly those below the digital divide. With over 25 years of professional experience spanning the digital public health domain, IT services, the steel industry, e-health research, and social entrepreneurship, he has a comprehensive understanding of technology’s role in societal improvement.

In his previous role at the E-Health Research Center of IIIT Bangalore, Divya led the solutioning, implementation, and nationwide roll-out of the technology platform for the Government of India’s MOHFW Tele MANAS program, which provides free tele-mental health services to citizens. He holds a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT – BHU) and a postgraduate degree from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore (IIITB).
