The Works Management System, is designed to simplify and enhance the management of projects from their initial planning stages through to completion and monitoring. Deloitte’s implementation demonstrates the system’s adaptability, enhancing project visibility, planning and execution. It also smoothly integrates with procurement and financial departments, leading to efficient operations and streamlined contractor payments.
